Google Chrome 74 Will Adapt to the Windows 10 Theme

The next version of Google Chrome will come with a series of improvements for desktop and mobile platforms, including one particular goodie for those on Windows 10.

Beginning with Chrome 74, the browser will adapt to the visual style used on Windows 10, which means that if you use the dark mode in the operating system, Google’s application should automatically switch to dark as well. This also works the other way around for the light theme.

At the same time, Google says that it wants its browser to tackle the motion sickness that some are experiencing because of parallax scrolling, zooming, and other motion effects that are available in the browser.

So starting with the next stable release, Chrome would come with a dedicated option in the accessibility settings that would let users “Remove animations” when browsing.
